該設備事先在生產磚坯數量多時把磚坯儲滿，而在窯爐空轉時把設備儲存的磚坯排出 , 令上述現象而造成的各種生產問題得到解決。
本設備可根據客戶需求一次儲存磚坯 150m2-500m2。
設備橫梁采用 8mm 鋼板壓制成 C 型 , 橫梁整體為 " 工”字型，立柱為四根 , 使設備更穩固 ; 儲坯架采用 40*20 方管制作，兩頭為拆裝式塑料頭，方便 安裝及維護；輥棒采用無縫鋼管制作，外套耐磨橡膠；棒身套膠后外圓使用我廠自主設計制作的磨棒設備加工，使輥棒加工后圓跳動達到了 ±0.3mm 之內， 增加了輥棒運轉的穩定性，杜絕輥棒跳動造成的磚坯暗裂等缺陷 ; 輥棒采用斜齒輪傳動，增加傳動可靠性和穩定性。

If this machine is installed, ceramic can be stored in the machine in advance and discharge the ceramic in case of any fault, avoiding kiln idling and subsequent issues from happening.
The storage capacity of this machine can be set to 150 m2 or 500 m2 , depending on customer requirements.
The beam of the machine is pressed from 8mm steel sheet and shaped as the letter C and all the beams constitute a lying letter H. the four columns make the machine stable.
The storage rack is made from 40*20 square pipes with the two ends being detachable plastic heads to facilitate installation and maintenance. The roller of this equipment is made of seamless steel pipe and coated with durable rubber. The outer ring is processed by the milling equipment developed by Lile, which ensures the circumferential runout precision±0.3mm. The design ensures roller running stability and avoids hidden crack and defects caused by roller runout. The roller is driven by helical gears, ensuring conveyance stability and reliability.
