The machine is the first set of equipment of the fully-automatic production line after forming. Ceramic is very fragile, so the equipment is very important. Depending on the process requirements of ceramic products, this equipment will clean up the pressed ceramic and then overturn or directly convey the kiln to the next process.

本設備輥棒采用了剛性比其他管材更好的優質冷拔鋼管制作 , 外套采用耐磨橡膠；外圓使用本公司自主研發的磨棒設備加工，圓跳動達到了 ±0.3mm 之內，直線度高，使輥棒運轉更平穩定 , 杜絕輥棒跳動造成的磚坯暗裂等缺陷；安裝輥棒部位采用了本公司自主設計定制的鋁合金型材，使設備整體重量更輕，陶瓷產品輸送過程更平穩可靠，傳動上用了優質同步帶 , 使設備運行過程噪音更低，震動更小，使用壽命更長，設備維護更便捷。

The roller of this equipment is made of quality cold drawn pipe with rigidity better than other pipes and coated with durable rubber. The outer ring is processed by the milling equipment developed by Lile, which ensures the circumferential runout precision±0.3mm and boasts high straightness.The design ensures roller running stability and avoids hidden crack and defects caused by roller runout. The roller installation position is made of aluminum profile developed by Lile, reducing overall weight of the equipment and ensuring conveyance stability and reliability of ceramic products.The conveyance belt is of high quality, which reduces equipment noise and vibration, prolongs service life, and facilitates equipment maintenance.
