本設(shè)備輥棒采用了剛性比其他管材更好的優(yōu)質(zhì)冷拔鋼管制作 , 外套耐磨橡膠 ; 棒身套膠后外圓使用我廠自主設(shè)計(jì)制作的磨棒設(shè)備加工 , 使輥棒加工后圓跳動(dòng)達(dá)到了 ±0.3mm 之內(nèi) , 增加了輥棒運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的穩(wěn)定性 , 杜絕輥棒跳動(dòng)造成的磚坯暗裂等缺陷 ; 輥棒采用鏈條或同步帶及直齒輪傳動(dòng) , 增加傳動(dòng)可靠性和穩(wěn)定性。

The roller of this equipment is made of quality cold drawn pipe with rigidity better than other pipes and coated with durable rubber. The outer ring is processed by the milling equipment developed by Lile, which ensures the circumferential runout precision±0.3mm. The design ensures roller running stability and avoids hidden crack and defects caused by roller runout. The roller is driven by chains or conveyance belts and spur gears,ensuring conveyance stability and reliability of ceramic products.
