釉線翻坯機(jī)是瓷磚因特殊工藝需要反面進(jìn)入干燥窯烘干，出窯后需翻轉(zhuǎn)正面進(jìn)入施釉線而在施釉線工段增設(shè)的設(shè)備。輥棒采用同步帶及直齒輪傳動(dòng)，以保證運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性及設(shè)備維護(hù)的方便性。
本設(shè)備輥棒采用了剛性比其他管材更好的優(yōu)質(zhì)冷拔鋼管制作, 外套采用耐磨橡膠；外圓使用本公司自主研發(fā)的磨棒設(shè)備加工，圓跳動(dòng)達(dá)到了 +0.3mm 之內(nèi), 直線度高 , 使輥棒運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)更平穩(wěn)定，杜絕輥棒跳動(dòng)造成的磚坯暗裂等缺陷 ; 使設(shè)備整體重量更輕，陶瓷產(chǎn)品輸送過(guò)程更平穩(wěn)可靠；傳動(dòng)上用了優(yōu)質(zhì)同步帶 , 使設(shè)備運(yùn)行過(guò)程噪音更低 , 震動(dòng)更小，使用壽命更長(zhǎng)，設(shè)備維護(hù)更便捷。
The machine is added if ceramic needs to be overturned upside down in order to convey into the drying kiln and then turned back to the glazing line. The roller is driven by conveyance belts and spur gears, ensuring conveyance stability and maintenance convenience.
The roller of this equipment is made of quality cold drawn pipe with rigidity better than other pipes and coated with durable rubber. The outer ring is processed by the milling equipment developed by Lile, which ensures the circumferential runout precision 土 0.3mm and boasts high straightness. The design ensures roller running stability, avoids hidden crack and defects caused by roller runout., and reduces overall weight of the equipment and ensures conveyance stability and reliability of ceramic products. The conveyance belt is of high quality,which reduces equipment noise and vibration, prolongs service life, and facilitates equipment maintenance.
