此設備是針對大規格條形產品根據生產工藝要求在進入主體設備 ( 窯爐或干燥窯 ) 需調頭 90°而設計。工作時，托板和導槽同時升起，托板在導槽上平穩旋轉 90°，下降到傳動輥棒，然后輸送到下一設備上。本設備相較于傳統調頭機優點在于：產品在托板和導槽同時升起 , 轉向時托板在導槽上平穩滑動旋轉， 不會導致因產品規格大、坯體較重在而變形或產生裂紋爛磚現象。導槽為高密度耐磨硬塑料。
This equipment is designed for large-sized strip products that need to be turned 90° into the main equipment (kiln or drying kiln) according to the production process requirements. During work, the pallets and guides rise at the same time. The pallet rotates smoothly on the guide trough by 90° , drops to the transmission roller bar, and then transports to the next equipment. The advantage of this equipment over traditional U-turn machines is that the product rises at the same time as the pallets and guides are raised.When turning, the pallets slide smoothly on the guides and do not cause distortion due to large product sizes or heavy billets. Cracked bricks are produced. The guide groove is a high-density wear-resistant hard plastic.
